Credit score(s): Cumulative credit score of 620, all applicants credit score will be combined and must equal a minimum 620 or better. Guarantors and Co-signors will only be approved for INCOME only. Any bankruptcies must be discharged. There must not be any additional bad credit since the discharge. Any rental or utility collections must be paid in full before application will be approved.
