Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees starting at $60. This is a strictly no-pet policy home. There is a no-smoking and no-parties policy. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. All guests must be 18 years of age, with the exception of children accompanied by their parents. A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, and guests are responsible for replenishing after the initial supply is depleted. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance for coverage against weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. The homes can host a maximum of 24 guests, including all adults, children, and infants, for safety reasons.
