FOR RENT: 2129 Desire Street Apt A, on the left side of the first photo. Florida neighborhood. This is a triplex, with two units down and one up. The apartment has 3 beds and 1 bath, approx 1,100 sf. Includes utilities, but not internet. Has laundry hookups. Central AC and heat. The space has been completely cleaned and all paint touched up before move-in. Very reliable maintenance. Looking for long-term tenants who will care for the place and get along with other tenants. Note, it is a little noisy from the upstairs unit. This is just the way the house is built -- the family upstairs aren't extra loud. So maybe not best for those sensitive to noise. Pets allowed (within reason) with non-refundable pet deposit.
