You'll find plenty of student traffic on College Avenue, which houses Lawrence University. However, more students live nearer to the University of Wisconsin in Menasha, to the south of Appleton city limits. Property Ratings at 2124 Camelot Ct
When I lived here, my kitchen disposal broke and I called my landlord about it to come fix it. He came and fixed it and found that spaghetti and rice was what caused the disposal to stop working. Came and fixed it and then he charged me for it! When it was only food that he found stuck! Not any bones, silverware, spatulas, etc. but FOOD! And then when my lease ended, the land lord came and did his walk thru, when he checked the bathroom, he removed the light cover panel and found that a couple light bulbs burnt out and asked me how come I didn't replaced it. I told him that I didn't know the bulbs had burnt out because when I moved in, it was always kind of dim so that's why I didn't know. And plus had I known, was I even allow to change the bulbs on my own because what if I bought a different kind than the one he uses. He said there is a certain kind but I'm supposed to replace it. And since I didn't, he was gonna charge me for it.
