October 2022 marks the beginning of my 16th year as a resident of 2121 Belmont APTS. Not only is the building quiet, and well-maintained. And the management is professional with the highest standards.

2121Belmont community is for me a lovely place to live. Building itself is great, location plus management and maintenance are great at their respective jobs.

I've been living at 2121 SE Belmont for over 5 yrs now. It is a well managed building with excellent management and staff. The building itself is sound and the grounds are pleasant looking. I love my hardwood floors, gas stove, high ceilings and large windows looking out at a tree lined view. I recently received an upgrade of a new refrigerator and washer and dryer which have added to my enjoyment. Overall, I'm very satisfied living here.

Living at 2121 SE Belmont has been great thus far. Maintenance orders are completed in a timely fashion and management is always easy to reach and willing to help you in any way they can. I look forward to continuing my stay!

This is my 14th YEAR at 2121 Belmont APT and it's been PERFECT! This is the best place I've ever lived. No noises from other residents, indoor parking to stay out of the rain, a clean gym, lovely neighbors, it just couldn't be better. And low utility fees.

I've enjoyed living here for 4 years now. The building is solid and clean. The apartment features are so appreciated. The management is excellent. I have a fantastic view of big firs and other trees which provides a calming feel to my apartment. Friends comment on the view. All in all, living here works for me.

This building is decent but it’s not worth it to be involved with a Greystar managed property. We are trying to move out of our lease early due to COVID. We are giving over 60 days notice, offering to find someone to replace us so they don’t lose out on rent, offering to do anything we possibly can to mitigate Greystar’s loses, and they are not willing to even review our case with management. They are saying that we have to pay $2,835 to break our lease even if they get someone to move in right away. Also note that we have lived here for over 3 years, paid over $60,000 in rent thus far, and are only asking to leave our lease 2 months early with 60 days notice. They say they are reviewing COVID related cases on a case by case basis but then they do nothing and ignore your emails. They say that they can’t make exceptions to the lease agreement (even during a pandemic and even though they already have made exceptions for others). Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare and there are hundreds of other Greystar horror stories online. They also offer rewards for reviews which is why they have so many good reviews.

I love living here! Out of all the apartments I've stayed in, this is the best. The staff is excellent, the units are top-notch, and the building is well-maintained. Thanks for everything you do!

My partner and I have lived at 2121 Belmont for just under a month and so far have absolutely loved it! It is a nice building with beautiful features and it is well built, so we never hear our neighbors. We initially didn't consider this apartment when searching for a place, because we didn't think we could afford it. After looking into it, we found that their prices were very reasonable, while still offering every we were looking for. There was nothing even close to this place when looking at what you get for the money. We are so happy that we picked this apartment!

After living in a house for 20 years, I didn't think I would ever live in an apartment again (or want to). I recently moved to the city and needed time to settle in to get familiar with the area and an apartment made sense. I love my apartment, the complex, location, and the excellent level of service and safety so much I am in no hurry to find another house!

I've lived here for three years now and still enjoy my apartment. Overall it is a quiet, secure and well run building. The management of it is excellent. The tenants that I have met are friendly. Plus, the location, close to so many conveniences, is very important to me.

Love this place!

In 2009 we were looking for a luxury apartment at a reasonable price. We had a list of features we wanted. 2121 Belmont had all those features and more. This is our 11th year as residents and we could not be happier.

Great location, super friendly staff, beautiful apartment, great view of Lone Fir Cemetary from our windows, gas stove, I love the decor.

Emma made the process of looking and applying for a new apartment significantly less stressful. She is such a pleasure to work with and is incredibly helpful. The property itself is of high quality, which is such a rarity when looking at all the quickly built apartment complexes in the southeast area. The friendly staff make the experience all the better!

2121 SE Belmont has the highest build quality of any apartment building I've ever seen. The finishes and sound proofing are exceptional, and the location is fantastic. Management is kind and responsive, and there's a sense of openness and community that's authentic and welcoming. A truly unique rental experience!

Mostly...we have been satisfied with our living arrangement. Typical of all forms of personal living rentals there will be signs of just that - living. Being detail conscious is more important to some more than others. With our home (away from Portland) we try to employ upgrading periodically, not just maintenance.

The units are of high quality and the concrete walls provide for quite units. No noise and a convenient location make this a good spot to land if you are new to the area.
