Laundry on site. Pets: Dog and cat friendly! $200 Pet deposit is already covered! Price: $1124 a month with water and pet rent included. Cable and Electricity not included. $65 application fee for leasing office. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting February 1st (flexible start date). The apartment is in a fabulous location (walking distance to Vanderbilt) and one of the best spots if you are looking to bring your cat/dog without breaking the bank. There is also a great community of dog owners in the nearby building that meet up to let their dogs play. The leasing office is very responsive and the maintenance workers are quick, reliable and non-intrusive. They replaced my refrigerator without any hassle. There is access to a locked laundry facility. The apartment is on the second floor and is very quiet. The neighbors are young professionals. There is off-street parking. Great bars, shops and restaurants in Hillsborough Village and in Midtown. I’ve enjoyed my time in the apartment.
