For what it’s worth - this has been a great place to call home! I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and can answer any specific questions you might have. Some highlights: -Corner unit with huge windows that let in plenty of light -Beautiful hardwood floors -High ceilings -Wired for fiber optic internet -Ample storage/closet space -Access to a large, shared storage area -Off-street parking spot available right behind the building ($45/mo) -Water, heat, trash, etc. included - only pay for electric, internet (and cable if you want it) -Great location right by the Wedge Co-op, 15m walk to Lake of the Isles, 10m walk to Aldi and Mia. Super close to the Greenway, Loring Park, downtown, Uptown and Eat Street and more. -Access to the 4, 2, and 17 bus lines within two blocks The classic brownstone building is from the 1900s and only has 11 units in it, so the walls are thick and it's usually quiet. It's been a solid place to work from home (if that's your reality right now). It’s managed by Girard Management, and my experience with both my property manager and maintenance has been great--they’ve been super responsive the whole time I’ve lived here.
