Big laundry room with washer/dryer hookups and additional storage space. All rooms are spacious. Master bedroom and second bedroom both have walk-in closets. A detached two car over-sized garage with automatic opener and a big fenced back yard. This home does NOT have AC. It was built in 1984 and is located in school district 49. Up to TWO dogs allowed 30 lbs or less. Sorry no cats. Dogs must be 12 months or older. Weight quantity and age are non-negotiable per the owner. 300 Deposit per dog plus 20 per month added to rent per dog. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate smoking is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
