The plush theater seats are hand made. Luxurious leather imported from Northern Italy! Needless to say this seating is extremely comfortable. Try not to fall asleep while watching a movie!In-law Suite: ***NOT SHARED WITH THE OWNER*** Everything you see is not at all shared with the owner. Think of it best like a duplex. If the owner is in town, you will not be in the same living area. The owner has a front door entrance to his part of the home and you have your own private entrance to the in-law suite, on the right side of the home, which the owner has no access too. Explanation of living space: The entire home is roughly 3,700 sqft. The in-law suite is about 1,600 sqft. (The owner's part of the home is roughly 2,100 sq ft... this portion of the home, you have no access too and is not pictured) That entire 1,600 sq ft AND the amenities around the home are not shared, it is for you to enjoy!-1,600 square ft- Full kitchen-Office area- Movie/theater room-Spa hot tub-Pool-Reliable, fast wifi- Laundry room with washer and dryer-Dining room-3 bedrooms (1 room is "open" with a privacy curtain)-2.5 baths-2 parking spaces (Can use the middle and right side of the driveway)*Pool, hot tub and deck area are open from 8AM-9PM*-15x30 oval pool-4.5 feet deep all the way around-4 sun loungers-8 chairs-outdoor heated pool shower-5 life vests-Parent supervision required for minors- Outdoor kitchen is expensive and must be cleaned every time it is used. *Entrance grill does not require this*-NO smoking in the pool area/deck area as there is flammable gas being used for the fire features. Smoking outside at the entrance is not a problem.-Any fire features that you would like lit, please let me know in advance, if possible and I will be more than happy to set them up for you. (Only lit at night)-Fire features can't be lit if there is rain in the area, if they get wet they can become very dangerous.-Pool heater can be turned on per request *If it gets too cold out, pool might get chilly even if we constantly run the heater*-Hot tub is set to 102 degrees F. Seat 7 adults.-6 person steam sauna. -The pool is professionally maintained we try to have it up and running 24/7. Please understand that the property is not for parties or events as we have close neighbors and wouldn't want to disturb them. The pool may be maintained in the morning by the professional cleaner to maintain the perfect outdoor experience. -Paved sidewalk for wheelchair accessibility.- If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask so we can try to accommodate you as best as possible. This is a net-zero home and is powered by solar. The thermostats will not go below 70 degrees. By design, not even the main owners home will go below 70 degree. If windows or doors are left open for more than 1 minute the ac will turn off until closed.*The thermostats are locked and you can change the temperature above 70 but you can not change the mode****Please no smoking in the home, both homes run off one system and the air will be recirculated into the primary home, feel free to smoke outside near the entrance as desired***LOCATION:-Tampa Outlets about 10 minutes away.-Florida Hospital Center (Huge ice rink) about 10 minutes away-About 10 minutes to veterans expressway, I-75, and I-275-Restaurants, Walmart, Target, gas stations, grocery stores, ER about 5 minutes or less.- Busch Gardens is about 20 minutes away.-Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away.-Raymond James Stadium is about 25 to 30 minutes away. -Beaches are about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the traffic and which one you go to.-Downtown Tampa is about 30 minutes to a hour depending on traffic. -Many golf courses within 30 minutes. -Weeki Wachee Spring Kayaking (6131 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606)Guest accessOutdoor areas include a table and chairs on a lighted deck.
