This beautifully furnished apartment is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a bright living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a primary bedroom with two queen-size beds, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a den with a full-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and there are two full bathrooms. For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided. Walk to Reagan National Airport, Crystal City or Pentagon City Metro stations for easy access to Washington, D.C., and utilize the nearby Virginia Railway Express (VRE) and bus routes for regional travel. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available. National Landing is one of the most exciting and convenient areas in Arlington, encompassing Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. Crystal City offers a lively atmosphere with restaurants, cafes, shops, and local parks, including the Crystal City Underground. Pentagon City is just around the corner, featuring the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Potomac Yard is a quieter, residential area with green spaces and scenic trails. The apartment is minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., with easy access to metro stations, highways, and Reagan National Airport (DCA). The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 13 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between these periods, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the Building Association based on outside temperature. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and a valid government-issued ID is required for each guest for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in reservation cancellation. Washcloths are not provided. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs an additional cost, with the latest possible check-out being 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and unauthorized parties incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card replacement costs $250, and lost parking tag replacement costs $200–$300. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you stay connected. A $36 damage waiver fee is included in your reservation to cover accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Intentional damage, misuse (e.g., parties, smoking indoors), violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft, unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered.
