The floors are brand new, granite countertop in kitchen, new refrigerator, and it has been freshly painted. The building is quiet, with all tenants living there for over four years. Onsite parking in the back, and monitored with cameras for safety. The building is located just west of Belmar shopping center, with grocery stores very close. RTD train, and bus routes are close to the apartment and are very convenient to get to. Many restaurants close as well. We do require credit score to ensure the rent-to-income is adequate, and conduct a background check. The other tenants in the building are very nice, and respectful to each other, and it feels as though we are all family.
