FREE shared laundry located on-site, as well as RASPBERRIES in the Summer! Owner pays trash, water, and sewer. Tenant pays gas and electric. No smoking. Tenant screening criteria includes: Completion of application, as well as Rental Verification by previous landlords that includes your move out and future move in date, previous rent amount, number of people who lived in the apartment, number of late payments, proper notice given, number of NSF checks, outstanding balance due, unlawful detainer filed, noise complaints, pets and pet rent, police activity and description, lease violations and description, apartment inspection date and notes, damage or cleaning charges and if they would re-rent to applicant, in addition to applicant's agreement for landlords to release information to us.
