CREDIT REQUIREMENTS Good credit is required to be considered for tenancy. Recent bankruptcies, foreclosures and short sales processed may disqualify an applicant or require conditional approval for the applicant. (Minimum Credit Score: 650) BACKGROUND CHECK For each applicant (18 years or older), a background check will be completed to determine any history of criminal activity, evictions or predatory activity. AVAILABILITY You must be willing and able to pay the upfront costs according to the lease terms offered within 24 hours after the application has been approved and the lease offering has been provided. APPLICATION PROCESSING TIME We require up to 7 full business days to process an application. This timeline will begin once we have received the "complete application".
