Situated directly south of Vanderbilt University and adjacent to Belmont University, Hillsboro Village is a shopping and dining district filled with top-rated restaurants, cool bars, and fun shops. With its funky murals and brick-lined sidewalks, Hillsboro Village has everything you’d want in a hip, trendy neighborhood. But when you do decide to venture out, this neighborhood is south of Music Row and just two miles from Downtown Nashville. From maintenance requests to package deliveries, living at Acklen is so convenient.
This is a very safe and quite community with lots of charm and great service from the leasing office and maintenance.
I think the rent is a little high, considering there are NO amenities. Such as a pool or even a fitness canter.
We loved living there, I think the rent is a little steep. We moved out of state ultimately, but it was a great place to live and commute to VUMC! Thanks for everything!
Location. High end fixtures and countertops, fire pit and courtyard amenities, it is quiet, private and safe.
It is a really nice apartment with decent amenities, but it very overpriced for the value and I feel nickled and dimed.
