Parking is strictly enforced in this community, with a maximum of four vehicles allowed per reservation (two in the driveway side-by-side and two in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachments, are not allowed. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest. The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a private entrance, and a smart lock for easy self-check-in. Check-out time is 10 AM, and in the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap.
