Also one of the ONLY Madbury apartments to have the amount of closet space that we do. *Subletting my room (not entire apartment) for the summer. Also if you have a group of 2 then this is the ideal apartment. It over looks all of campus. It is right downtown with very easy access to everything. The Madbury complex has 24/7 Security.
