Terrible Management

The leasing office was a nightmare to deal with during the application process. Absolutely horrible communication.

Amazing Unique Apartments and Very Convenient

I've been living here for several months now and I absolutely love it! It's within short walking distance to some of the best shopping, restaurants, and night life in Salt Lake City period.. not just Sugarhouse. The design and layout of the property is modern and unique. The views to the park and surrounding areas are amazing! The property is well maintained and the property management team is awesome! Johana is great and will make sure you are taken care of! Very happy with my place. Could see myself here for quite some time.

Beautiful and Convienent

We currently live at 21 & View and love it. The apartment is amazing, beautiful features, great views, awesome access to the park and you can walk to anywhere in Sugarhouse! Maintenance is prompt, they even come and change your light bulbs! Johana is the manager and she is responsive and so easy to work with! These apartments are extremely nice and everyone in the complex is extremely nice. And if you own a dog, it is wonderful, great walking neighborhoods, across the street from the park and access to so many parks and dog walks! Love 21 & View, you will too!
