Covered front and side porches. Extra storage space in basement/crawlspace with outside entrance door. Small dog and cat possibly to be approved by owner with 300 dollar pet deposit per pet. One year lease. Will take phone applications and no application fee. I have on purposely keep the rent much lower then market value as my tenants stay much longer when they are getting a deal.
