This retreat boasts a cozy fireplace and floor heating, along with a kitchenette equipped with a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix. The living room includes a large sofa bed with linens, a lounge chair, and access to the front porch. The dining area features a large table and complimentary paper towels, coffee grounds, and tea. A free National Park Pass is provided, granting access to Banff, Yoho, and any National Parks. Free parking is available on a parking pad. Complimentary drinks including tea, water, and coffee are provided. Located in the acreage community of Springbank, just 2 kms west of Calgary, this retreat offers walking trails at the KOAC Art Centre next door. Springbank is popular for road cycling, and West Bragg Creek, a 30-minute drive away, offers mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and country skiing trails. Enjoy quick access to major highways, with The Stoney Trail Highway just 5 minutes away, making road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore (under 1 hour) a breeze. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, with potential fees for improper disposal or sorting. Parking guides must be followed to avoid fees, fines, or towing. Additional essential supplies beyond the initial set can be provided at an extra cost. Guests are responsible for any costs associated with damage from frozen pipes due to open windows or doors during winter. Mailbox use is not included; a PO box can be arranged for a fee. Items left behind must be collected within 14 days or shipped at the guest's expense. Do not attempt to fix plumbing, appliances, or electrical issues.
