There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas and an outdoor patio. Guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring up to one house-trained dog, with a pet fee of $150 applied to your reservation. Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this home is within walking distance of the clubhouse and a short drive from world-class dining and shopping options. The resort is conveniently located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and other famous Orlando attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 10. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. The garage is off limits, therefore, indoor parking is not available. Parking can accommodate one vehicle in the back of the home. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. There are cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. [SI]
