There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
