A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee, subject to location and availability. Located in the heart of Cincinnati’s lively Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, this apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. Just steps from trendy shops, acclaimed dining, and vibrant nightlife, it places you right in the middle of the city’s energy and charm. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Smoking and parties are not allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), but Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are not permitted. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
