Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
