All persons planning on living at the property, over the age of 18, must complete an application and ALL applicants should meet the qualifying guidelines. 2. No pets unless otherwise stated on the property page of our website. 7. Co-Signers: Inquire before applying. A co-signor is not accepted for an applicant's negative credit or rental history. Any co-signor must be credit qualified and demonstrate a verifiable income sufficient to pay both their own living requirements and the rent for the property they are co-signing for.
