This newly constructed and fully furnished rental apartment is immaculate and a must see. Located 1.5 blocks from beach; this spacious 3 bedrooms, 1 bath (Sleeps 5) rental has an open floor plan with a family room, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, serving ware and much more). Covered front porch and fully landscaped yard, patio, grill and outdoor refrigerator, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. Rental is complete with amenities (bed linens, towels, and more). There is an ice machine in the basement for your use, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. The property is fully landscaped with a sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting. Pet friendly (Pet towels and blankets) We provide a free early check in amenity –we try to get all our guests on the beach by 11 a.m. The host will work with you as you get closer to your arrival date. Parking spot. Unit has 500 HD channels and a 1G WIFI service. (Verizon Fios) Unit includes bed linens and bath towels. Plenty of board games for big and small. Beach goodness - 3 beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cart. The only item shared with the other unit is the entrance to the basement (washer dryer location). We painstakingly designed the units to be separated. NJ Pet Allergen Disclosure A-4446. This property is pet friendly and pets (dogs and / or cats) are regularly present on this property.
