All units are smoke-free, and we have on-site laundry facilities for convenience. The Property Owner speaks English as well as Polish. The whole unit is freshly painted. The kitchen was newly renovated with a new stove/oven. The bathroom was also renovated with new tiles. It is on the 1st floor, rear apartment that has easy access to the back yard to discard any trash and recycling. It is very quiet, and has plenty of natural sunlight provided by the large windows inside. Water is covered by owner. Both washer (brand new) and dryer (both units coin operated) is located in the basement and shared by all tenants; however one block down from our building is a laundry mat. Overall, it is a very large space that has a lot of potential. This apartment is great for someone looking for an affordable option. Lease term can be negotiable.
