Students will be considered with good references. No cats or smokers. One dog is ok with a $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent. Video tour available on our website. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply.
