The living room is large enough to provide enough room for seating and a dining area. The building is equipped with Comcast Cable and AT&T and conduits are set up for installing a flat screen TV easily in the living room area. All bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of closet space, even with two walk-in closets in the master bedroom. The master bath has a tub and a shower the second bathroom just a shower. W/D are in the unit, in a separate hallway closet. The unit has radiant heat, which is very energy efficient and the cleanest and most allergy consciences method of heating a home. The owner pays for trash, the tenants for water & sewer, hot water and PG&E. We require verifiable rental history, verifiable income and good credit history no exceptions.
