About This Property
The monthly rent includes furnishings and utilities. This is our primary home. I am taking a temporary teaching position out of state and making our house available to rent. It's a fully modernized 100 year old home with a 160 year old American Sycamore that canopies the entire back yard. The patio is furnished with a large barbecue grill. Tomball is a quaint township in Northwest Houston that retains its old town feel. Our house is in what is referred to as "Old Town Tomball", just three blocks from Main Street where you'll find unique shops, boutiques, restaurants and antique stores. The house is two blocks from the town park that hosts monthly festivals, and a large weekly farmer's market. There are several parks nearby, and plenty of grocery stores (HEB, Krogers) and chain stores (Walmart, Target, Lowes, Academy, Office Depot, Kohls, Marshall's, Ross) within a mile drive. The neighbors (4 houses on our street) are all good people.
