About 203 Barclay Rd Chapel Hill, NC 27516
My roommate and I are moving out at the end of May and need to find someone by June 1st, 2017. We are trying to terminate the lease early which ends in August 2017, so we need someone to either take over our lease or sublet the unit until the end of the lease in August. This newly renovated two bedroom apartment has everything you want: hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, washer and dryer, spacious rooms, and a great location just north of downtown Chapel Hill near The Root Cellar and Flyleaf Bookstore. The landlords are the best, utilities are cheap and its a great area. Very quite. Rent is ~945.00/mo. for the remainder of our lease. Landlords are increasing rent to $1,100 in August in interested in signing a new lease. Contact with more questions. Residents of Outer Chapel Hill live in a forested residential area with tree-lined streets, spacious properties and Southern-style homes. Local churches sit on almost every corner and provide landmarks and inspiration for road names. A lot of residents have small farms on their property with horses, goats and cows roaming the fields. Some of the larger farms work to turn a profit, but locals enjoy the luxury of being gentlemen farmers who can enjoy the land and the animals as a hobby.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the sizable Carolina North Forest sit to the southeast, and I-40 runs parallel with the northern border of the neighborhood. This provides the Outer Chapel Hill area with a unique mixture of agrarian lifestyle and cultural richness.
