Large Living Room and dining room. 3 Bedrooms and Bathroom on 2nd floor. New Carpet throughout house. Big basement with laundry hook ups. Back yard and back patio area. Front Porch. Update gas furnace and gas hot water tank. House is ready to go. Tenants pay all Utilites (Gas, Electric, Water, and Sewage). May accept small dog under 35lbs with extra security and extra rent each month. Sorry no cats accepted. Tenants Qualifications 1)Must have documented provable income. Like full time employment, retirement income, W-2 income, disability income, or VA benefits. 2)Preference given to tenant with very good credit. 3)Must have excellent rental history and rental references. No eviction or Landlady/tenants filings in rental history. Clean rental history a must. 4)Nothing super bad criminal stuff in background.
