Feel at home in this newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat, thoughtfully designed for both short-term guests and long-term stays. Conveniently located off I-85, this home offers a comfortable and modern place to stay. The main floor features an open layout with a living room, dining area that seats 4, and a kitchen island with seating for 3. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a Smart TV. A guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with a full-size bed share a hallway bathroom. Smart TVs are provided in all bedrooms, and fresh hotel-quality linens and bath towels are supplied in every room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. This property is family- and pet-friendly, with pet fees applying. For stays of 1–6 nights, the fee is $25 per pet, per night. For stays of 7–28 nights, the fee is $15 per pet, per night. For stays of 29+ nights, the fee is $10 per pet, per night. Additional charges may apply for excess hair, dander, odor, waste cleanup, damages, or other pet-related issues. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. A mid-stay clean is required for stays of 40–60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights. These extended-stay cleaning costs are charged separately on top of the standard cleaning fee. An additional fee of $20 applies for every hour before or after standard check-in/check-out times. A $25 fee is charged for every 15 minutes after the 10 am check-out grace period. The propane grill at the property is available for use. This home is conveniently located off I-85, offering easy access to Atlanta-area attractions and job centers. It's a short walk to local dining options and close to scenic spots like the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, which offers trails and river access, and the Southeastern Railway Museum, featuring historic train cars and exhibits. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking or vaping is forbidden indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties are prohibited. External CCTV access of the entryway and driveway, along with sound sensors, will be activated should there be a prolonged noise disturbance. A gathering is considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation, and an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Check-out is at 10 am unless approved in advance. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, or is turned away because the property is still occupied, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. Guests are prohibited from tampering with, removing, or disabling any electronic monitoring devices. The rental's internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. This property utilizes a septic tank; only toilet paper should be flushed. Mail should not be sent to the rental. The owner/management is not liable for lost mail. The owner/management is not liable for any items left behind. The standard cleaning fee charged at booking covers only the initial checkout clean. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately. For bookings made via certain platforms, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor the management shall be liable to the guest for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management will make an effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment. Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guests are recommended to carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to the guest or licensees or their personal property.
