The large private backyard is surrounded by mature trees, providing a huge yard for relaxing or playing in a quiet residential setting. Garage and driveway parking are available. Electric scooters are available for exploring nearby trails and parks. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50 per stay. Conveniently located near Northwest Nazarene University (NNU), downtown Nampa, and Treasure Valley attractions, the home combines outdoor adventure with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and Boise-area activities. The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Nampa, just minutes from many popular local destinations including downtown Nampa restaurants & breweries, the Nampa Greenbelt trail system, and Lake Lowell recreation area. Boise, Meridian, and the rest of the Treasure Valley are only a short drive away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. This is a 100% smoke-free property and smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance, and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please treat the home with care and respect, as excessive mess or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Please double-check before checking out for any lost or stolen items. Please do not move furniture during your stay, as a $50 furniture reset fee will be charged after checkout if furniture has been moved. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to the booking platform. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.
