Dedicated parking spot in gated lot attached to the building; pool with cabanas and grills; fire pit; gym; extra basement storage available; huge balcony; large bi-level penthouse unit with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Friendly neighbors. Easy access to many healthcare systems. Family friendly. One block from SEPTA Market-Frankford line. Across the street from beautiful Franklin Square Park. We lived in this apartment for 7 years and loved every minute! When our family outgrew condo living in the city we decided to rent this space - we love it too much to give it up completely. I'm in the city most days and always available to provide assistance and to help remedy any situations that may arise. But it's in great condition and has been well maintained by the one family that has lived in the apartment the last 3 years since we moved out. We hope you love the apartment as much as we do.
