About This Property

Property Id: 934844 Due to a job change, we have to leave our unit here at The Henry. We're sad to leave but hope to find someone else who will enjoy it. This is a unit has great natural lighting, modern finishes & appliances, a double vanity sink & a large walk in closet. The building has a very nice fitness center as well as a large sky deck with a hot tub, pool with resort style seating, corn hole bag toss and an outdoor fireplace and grills. There is a club room with a TV and pool table, a business center with a coffee machine, and a sky deck with a fire pit. The location is to die for - walkable to wash park, wash perk coffee, all of south pearl street, nixons coffee house, the kentucky inn, and more. Easy access to I25 makes this place super central. Due to the set up of the lease, whoever moves in would join the lease as a roommate, but would of course have the place to themselves! We will cover the security deposit. It will be unfurnished unless you'd like us to leave the cat scratched couch.
