You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home, while outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. The laundry space is shared between all units. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM must be respected. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
