Adjacent to the living room, you'll discover a chic dining area, seamlessly integrated and perfect for sharing laughter-filled meals. The contemporary kitchen, located just off the dining room, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and a full-size fridge, providing everything you need to savor the comforts of home-cooked meals. The cottage features two tranquil bedrooms, each tastefully decorated to provide a sanctuary of calm for your rest. The first bedroom is a romantic retreat with a sumptuous queen bed. The second bedroom offers versatility, featuring two comfy twin beds, making it an ideal choice for friends or siblings. Completing the home is a shared bathroom, thoughtfully equipped with a tub, ensuring a soothing escape where you can refresh and rejuvenate after a day of exploration. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Outdoor spaces and parking are shared with guests of other units. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. The house has a digital combo lock pad. You will receive the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. The laundry space is shared between all units. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
