About This Property
Hi. We are the owners of a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo available for the August 2023-July 2024 school year. We are renting the whole apartment (not individual rooms) for $2100 a month. Utilities are not included. The apartment is on the first floor in the University Woods community which its located right on the NCSU campus edge (9 min drive to NCSU Main Campus and 3 min to Engineering / Centennial Campus). The GoRaleigh bus (free) stops every 30 min and goes directly to NCSU Talley building. Each private bedroom comes with a full bathroom and walking closet. There is a shared living room area, kitchen appliances with fridge and dishwasher, a sun-room study area and washer/dryer. The apartment is rented without furniture. Small pets are welcome. Parking permits included. One-month security deposit at lease sign to reserve the condo. The apartment is managed by the owners and service-calls are done within 24 hrs. Parkland/ Hidden Creek is a neighborhood situated off Interstate 40 about 10 minutes south of the heart of Raleigh.
