About 2002 Housell Ct Franklin Township, NJ 08823
pacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment for rent in Kendall Park/Franklin Park starting April 1. It is spacious 1300 sq ft apartment with a fairly big loft. End unit with a lot of natural light. It's a lovely community with updated kitchen and bathroom and is close to everything. In unit washer/dryer, SS appliances, dishwasher, abundant parking. There is nothing to not like about the apartment. They run a commuter bus service to NYC. I am relocating for work so need somebody to move in to my unit. This is not a sublease. You would have to sign a new lease with the rental company and specify that you are interested in my unit. Rent is $2035 but the complex is currently running a 1 month free special for 13 mo lease. That would put the rent at $1878/mo. As an incentive to choose my unit I am offering $ 500. Please contact me if you are interested and would be happy to share additional info. Apartment is in Green Hill Manor off Rt 27. Follow the link for more pictures. https://www.gardencommunities.com/Properties/NJ/Somerset/Green-Hill-Luxury-Rentals.aspx
