There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. Additional fees apply for smoking ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property.
