We also offer regularly scheduled social activities in our community center. Water, sewer, trash pickup, pest control and free air filters are included in your rent. Washer & dryer connections in every unit. Many units have screened in porches! We are located close to shopping, churches, medical facilities, golf, Pensacola NAS and the VA Hospital. We are also within walking distance of the West County Senior Citizen's Center.
