Your casita has a private entrance, one designated parking spot on a shared driveway and a private patio overlooking the community tennis court, pool, and peek-a-boo ocean views. The main living area is bright and airy with a 4-panel slider which opens up to your own patio for that true indoor/outdoor living. The opposite wall also includes another 4-Panel locked slider that is covered by slightly sheer drapes to have a muted view of the backyard area to let in more light. All windows are tinted for privacy. The galley kitchen in the open living space includes a 24-inch Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher & oven along with a Gaggenau induction cooktop. Other appliances include electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven hidden behind the cabinetry. A desk/work space is part of the built-ins along the west wall with the TV and a one touch gas fireplace. This space also includes a Sonos music system with ceiling speakers. The bedroom features a king bed, a window bench with storage drawers, a large dresser and walk-in closet. The toilet/shower area can be separated by a pocket door from the vanity. The vanity has its own pocket door from the bedroom space. Between the bedroom and the main living area is a utility closet that includes a stackable washer/dryer and plenty of extra storage shelving. A mini split system provides heating and air conditioning for each separate space. However, the system will rarely be used due to all of the windows facing south west that capture the ocean breeze throughout the day and evening.
