Looking for 1 roommate, ideally mid 20's to mid 30's, but are open to all people! You will be renting a private room, private bathroom, with optional garage access on the first floor. The 2nd floor is a very large living and dining room are with the 3rd floor being 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. We are two 30-year-olds who are very clean, friendly, and easy-going guys from the Midwest who enjoy sports, concerts, skiing, video games, movies, and will enjoy a nice beer on the roof this summer. I have an awesome dog who will be very happy to see you all the time. Amenities included: A roof deck, 2 balconies, central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, storage, and washer dryer.
