This very clean 2 bed 2 bath townhome is located in the very desirable Heather Ridge Golf Course Community. The townhome backs up to the golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee with people on the green or teeing off. The executive bath has a huge jetted tub, shower, double sinks, private toilet, and a walk-in closet. The executive bedroom is huge with built-in drawers. Spacious loft on the second floor overlooking downstairs, perfect for an office or an extra bedroom if needed. Window shutters throughout the home make the unit stand out. The second bedroom is on the main level with its own full bathroom if you do not want to do the stairs. Washer and dryer on the main level. The kitchen has room for a small eating table or bar stools. New flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. This is an end unit on the golf course! It will not last long. Deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at signing. May request additional deposit depending on credit and income. Tenants to pay the following utilities: Xcel (Gas/Electric), Recycling. Lease 12+ month and end date from May to July preferred. Rental insurance is required. Dogs welcome. $250 non-refundable fee and $25/mo pet rent per pet. All dogs must be 1yrs or older and house-trained.
