The property features a fishing pier and cleaning station, and a gazebo with BBQ grills. Free parking is provided for one car in a designated space. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. This is a first-floor unit, and stairs are required for access. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed. For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space.
