The driveway can fit up to three vehicles parked side by side. Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Ideally located, this home offers quick access to the best Orlando attractions. Disney World is just 20–25 minutes away, while SeaWorld is a short 30-minute drive. Universal Studios is only 35 minutes away, making it easy to spend a day at the parks and return to your comfortable home for relaxation. The Windsor at Westside community offers world-class resort amenities including a sprawling pool, winding lazy river, exciting water slides, a separate splash pool for little ones, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a large clubhouse with arcades, a bar & lounge. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to one car may park on the designated area. Failure to properly dispose of trash can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Includes a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, perfect for two guests. Upstairs, themed bedrooms include "Star Wars" with two single beds for two guests and "Mickey" with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, accommodating three.
