Residents are responsible for all utilities including propane. ***Street parking only, located parallel to the home and is limited to one to two vehicles maximum depending on size. ***Please note this property is located at the top of a steep private gravel road. AWD or 4WD recommended, especially during winter months. Pets are considered with applicable screening, fees and owner approval. Not a student friendly property. Property will be unfurnished.
