This cute junior one bedroom and one bath unfurnished apartment, is in a family owned 6 unit two story building. The apartment is located at ground level, in the middle of the building. The address is 1958½ South Beverly Glen Blvd. Los Angeles CA 90025. This great location is between Century City and Westwood, just west of Century City, between Olympic Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd. There are hardwood floors, vertical blinds and new windows. The living room kitchenette includes a range and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower. About 450 sq ft. For utilities: water is included. There is a single assigned uncovered parking space. There is a small laundry room in the building. Small, well mannered, and insurance safe pets will be considered with $250 per animal security deposit. A one-year minimum lease is required, month-to-month thereafter. Rent is $1750 per month for one tenant, an additional $100 per month for each additional tenant. Each prospective tenant must submit an application. There is a non-refundable credit check fee of $39.95 to accompany each application submitted. There is a $1750 security deposit. Viewings are by appointment.
