Sunlight streams through the sliding doors onto the patio. This home offers a spacious living room. The main living area offers generous seating. A dedicated game room adds extra fun with a pool table, console, TV, and sound system. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious indoor dining space, while an outdoor dining area lets you enjoy meals al fresco. Step onto the patio to find a private pool and a hot tub that are available year-round, though they are not heated. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a grill create a perfect setting, and the grassy backyard offers room to play. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Located in ChampionsGate, this home is about 10 miles from Disney and a short drive from Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and local dining options. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community with world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided.
