This posting is for a lease take over, I am moving and I have a lease until October 31st. I am able to give the remaining months left along with the lower price on my lease to anyone who can qualify. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 735sqf apartment, within the gated Solana condominium community. Rent per month is $762, water, trash and sewer are included! Washer and dryer are within apartment. There are two pools which are heated during the winter along with a hot tub. Throughout the grounds you will find charcoal grills along with propane grills inside the pool area. The club house has a game room with TV's and a billiards table. There is a private conference room along with a computer room where you can fax and print. The gym has a pretty nice selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. It is located on the Mesa Gilbert boarder. Cross streets are higley and baseline, just west of Higley. How does taking over a lease work? You must qualify with the leasing office, it is a $45.68 fee per applicant 18+ or per married couple. Once you qualify, the name on the current lease is transferred to your name. My original deposits will stay with you.
