The fully equipped kitchen includes a wraparound island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop/oven, and is stocked with utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toiletries, hairdryer, scale, and towels. Enjoy the building's beautiful pool with chairs and cabanas, a full fitness center, convenience store and cafe, tennis courts, meeting room, and games room. One free parking spot is included. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities. It's also a short distance from Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), and cruise ports. The room occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 occupants. Any party exceeding the maximum occupancy will not be accommodated or the reservation will be declined. Check-in is only from 4 PM to 10 PM. Late check-ins will have to pay $50 and claim their wristbands from the Front Desk on the following day. There will be a $51.50 resort fee per reservation, which includes 2 fobs. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
