Fast wireless internet and a washer and dryer are inside the unit. One free parking spot is included. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. There will be a $51.50 resort fee per reservation, which includes 2 fobs. Located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, FL, this condo is across the street from the beach. Walk to an array of restaurants and shops, daytime activities and attractions, and Heritage Park and Founders Park, where you will find local events. The condo building is centrally located, within a 5-minute drive from Florida’s largest Aventura Mall, the Promenade Shops, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, internationally known Bal Harbour Shops and Surfside Beach, and a short distance from Miami International Airport (MIA), and Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL). The maximum occupancy is 6 occupants. Check-in time is only from 4 pm to 10 pm, and late check-ins will have to pay $50.
